Anonymised, aggregated statistics are provided to the Department of Youth Services for state skilling impact evaluation. We never sell or share participant data with commercial third-party marketing entities.

3. Minor Protection & Guardian Consent

In strict compliance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023, participants under 18 years of age must provide verifiable parental or legal guardian consent prior to registration. Guardians possess the statutory right to review, modify, or revoke consent at any time.

4. Data Security & Storage

All participant records are stored in secure, encrypted cloud data centers located within India with multi-factor administrative authentication and role-based access control. Records are retained only for the operational lifecycle of the initiative and associated alumni empowerment activities.
