A government-backed movement for Andhra's youth.
Who runs it, why it exists, and how it's held accountable.
Vision & Mission
A statewide youth-empowerment initiative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh to transform the state into India's hub for digital talent, gaming, AVGC-XR and the Orange Economy — helping young people convert digital-age interests into recognised skills, livelihoods and enterprise, in step with Viksit Bharat 2047.
Building Andhra's Digital Future
Building on the success of Andhra Yuva Sankalp 2K25, the 2K26 edition expands into a statewide initiative across all 28 districts. The program combines digital skilling, industry mentorship, esports, AVGC-XR, creator economy, entrepreneurship and a state-level talent showcase to prepare Andhra Pradesh's youth for future careers.
AVGC, Orange Economy & National Vision
The Orange (creative) Economy is powered by AVGC — Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics — alongside digital content creation, esports and entrepreneurship. The initiative is aligned with Digital India, the national AVGC-XR mission and Viksit Bharat 2047 to build a digitally skilled, self-reliant youth workforce.
Government & Partner Ecosystem
Initiated by the Hon'ble Minister for Transport, Youth & Sports and guided by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the initiative is delivered with a dedicated partner ecosystem — iDGS (Indian Digital Gaming Society) as Strategic Partner, GITARTHA as Strategy & Execution Partner responsible for on-ground delivery, and prachaartantra as Media Partner, alongside esports, AVGC, technology, academic and digital-content partners.
Governance & Transparency
Under the direct oversight of the Youth Services Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, and implemented with Strategy & Execution Partner GITARTHA, a structured review mechanism and transparent reporting ensure accountability, equitable coverage across all 28 districts, and public trust throughout the initiative.
